Ann Lieff, founder of the Lieff Company, brings over twenty-five years of experience in specialty retail involving merchandising, operations, marketing and real estate. She is the former President and CEO of Spec’s Music and led the company to becoming a dominant music retailer in 1985. Ann took the family held company public and created one of Florida’s largest and most respected publicly traded companies.

Ann currently serves on the Board of Directors for Claire’s Stores, Inc., Hastings Entertainment, Herzfeld Caribbean Basis Fund and Birk & Mayors, Inc.
