Carolyn Donaldson is the Vice President of Human Resources for Miami-based Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a leading developer of transdermal drug delivery technologies and products.

Carolyn's professional and community contributions include leadership roles in the following organizations: United Way of Miami Dade County (Board), Goodwill Industries of South Florida (Board) and Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (Board).

She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University as well as awards for her contribution to the Human Resources profession as recipient of the Life Time Achievement Award from the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management (GMSHRM) and the South Florida Business Journal - Excellence in Human Resources Award. With 25+ years in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry Carolyn remains committed to raising the level of awareness among women of opportunities in the areas of science, engineering and biomedical technology.
