Evelyn D’An is President and founder of D’An Financial Services (DFS), a consulting firm that combines the commitment to quality and client services focus of a Big 4 professional services firm with a strong value proposition. DFS provides the expertise and insight of highly qualified accounting, finance, information technology and strategic tax professionals to clients. DFS provides the right resources at the right time and has assisted clients with project management for implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, GAAP technical assistance for complex accounting matters and transactions, interim Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Controllership responsibilities, as well as other accounting and financial reporting matters.

Prior to establishing DFS, Evelyn was an Assurance and Business Advisory Services Coordinating Partner with 18 years at Ernst & Young, serving both domestic and international clients.

Evelyn currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Alico, Inc., a NASDAQ registered public company based in Florida as well as on the board for Hot Topic, Inc., a California-based public company. She also serves on the Audit Committee for the City of Miami. In addition to be being the Vice President and Treasurer for WEL, Evelyn also serves as a Mentor in the Women of Tomorrow program.
