Madeleine Condit is a Senior Client Partner in the Chicago office of Korn/Ferry International. She is a member of the firm’s Global Board Practice. For the past twenty-one years, she has advised CEO’s and corporate boards on issues of board structure, audit committee development, governance and ethics, compensation, succession planning and Sarbanes-Oxley. She is a frequent speaker, media spokesperson and author on executive management issues, board trends and diversity.

Madeline is active in community organizations. She is a Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, on the Board of Associates of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research at M.I.T. and a Governing Member of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association.
