Patricia M. Petersen is General Counsel of Digital Angel Corporation, a technology firm that develops radio-frequency identification products.  Prior to joining Digital Angel, Pat served 4 years as General Counsel of Technical Olympic USA, a national homebuilder headquartered in Florida, and before that served as Assistant General Counsel of Corning Incorporated, a technology and telecommunications company in New York.  Before moving in-house, Pat also practiced law as outside counsel for 10 years.   

Pat is a graduate of the University of Texas and the Harvard Law School.  

Pat is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nestor Nestor Law Firm.  She has served as a member on several private company Boards and as a member of the Board of Trustees of a European post-graduate school of business.
