Susan L. Cuthbertson is the Managing Director of Steven Douglas Associates’ Jacksonville project resource division. This business is focused on providing professional services within the finance, accounting, technology and audit related areas to large and mid-market public and private companies.

Prior to joining Steven Douglas Associates, Susan built and managed another local project resources firm, successfully growing that practice to nearly $9 million within a two-year period.

Susan began her accounting career with KPMG LLP’s Jacksonville office. As a Senior Manager within the Assurance department her clients consisted of both public and private companies primarily within the consumer markets - including manufacturing, distribution and retail focused entities. Additionally, Susan was one of 10 national leaders for the Employee Benefit Plans serviced by KPMG LLP.

Susan earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and finance from The Florida State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. Before being focused on the WEL Board, Susan served on numerous boards and committees, including: the Association for Corporate Growth, Hendricks Day School Board of Trustees and Finance and Fund Raising Committees and Take Stock in Children’s Leadership Council. Susan is a current member of The AICPA and FICPA.
