Susan Hawkins is the Director, Recruiting for Sun Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Susan’s human resources consulting career began in 1990 with Price Waterhouse Coopers and has continued to focus on the challenges that organizations face in recruiting and retaining executive level talent.

Susan earned a B.A. in Economics from Lakehead University and an MS from Nova Southeastern University’s Center for Psychological Studies.

She has served as a Board Member for the South Florida Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and a charitable foundation. She is recently the past Vice President for WEL. Susan currently serves as a Mentor in the Women of Tomorrow program.
