Program Overview
Tom Andruskevich describes Mayors’
experience in selecting the board composition for the
company. During an intriguing
discussion, two female board members, a Securities Attorney, and
the CEO shared their experience of selecting the diverse
board of directors. They shared that it is not just
about getting women on boards but getting the right
individuals on the board, which means getting more
women engaged in the selection process. Participants
reveled in the opportunity to hear about their individual
journeys as they came together in this dynamic
leadership team.
