Executive Options, specializes in helping executives
target career, life and business solutions that are
linked to their preferences and talents. Jim serves
on several boards and is a member of the Southern
Institute for Business and Professional Ethics.
Jim authored two books on eCommerce strategies for
banks and was featured on World Business Review
for developing new business models.

Doster,
Ed. D, Managing Director of DBM’s Executive Coaching
Services in the Southern USA. In that role
she partners with organizations to identify key
business challenges and develop solutions to support
senior executives in achieving superior business
performance. She has specialized training in
Executive Coaching and Assimilation, is a National
Certified Counselor, North Carolina Licensed
Practicing Counselor, Covey Facilitator and
qualified in the Myers Briggs type Indicator.
Program Overview
During this interactive discussion, Jim and Ann led
the audience through exercises showing them how they
can proactively set their own compass and develop a
career management strategy; thus, giving a new
perspective on how everyone can make their compass
setting a reality. The attendees walked away with a
better understanding of the steps necessary for
developing their own career path objectives.
