Evelyn D’An to its Board of Directors.
Evelyn is the President of D’An Financial Services, Inc.

to both public and non-public clients. She is also the
Treasurer of WEL
Brown & Brown, Inc, the United States'
sixth largest independent insurance intermediary, named
Chilton D. Varner, one of the nation's most highly
regarded business defense trial lawyers and published
legal expert, to its Board.
Chilton D. Varner is a
Partner in the law firm of King & Spalding, LLP, in
Atlanta, Georgia. In 2001, the National Law Journal
profiled Ms. Varner as one of the nation's top ten women
litigators..
Spherion
Corporation,
a leader in the staffing
industry in North America,
announced
the appointment of Anne Szostak to its
Board of
Directors. Ms. Szostak spent
the majority of her
career at Fleet Boston Financial in a variety of
executive management roles, most recently serving as
Executive Vice President and Corporate Director Human
Resources until her retirement in 2004. She also serves
on the board of Tupperware.
