Angel V. Gallinal
Advisory Council Member
A Partner in the Miami office of Egon Zehnder International, Angel serves a wide variety of clients in consumer goods and services, and media/communications. He has experience in CEO, COO, Division President/General Management, Chief Marketing Officer and Board of Director search assignments and serves as the North America Leader for the Firm's Consumer Practice Group and is also the Global Leader for the Hospitality and Leisure Practice. At Egon Zehnder, he has also participated in a number of cross-border engagements.
Before joining Egon Zehnder as one of the founding members of the Miami office, Mr. Gallinal worked for a number of years in diversified entertainment organizations such as the National Basketball Association and the Walt Disney Company, where he helped lead these companies' efforts to expand their presence in key international markets. Mr. Gallinal began his career as a corporate banker with Southeast Bank, N.A. in Miami, where he forged relationships with leading Fortune 500 organizations.
Born in Cuba, Mr. Gallinal was raised in Miami and returned permanently to his hometown following graduation from the Harvard Business School. He is active in various local organizations. In addition to English, Mr. Gallinal is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
