Ann M. Hensler practices in the area of employment law as Associate Corporate Counsel, Assistant Vice President, for Raymond James Financial, Inc. Raymond James has approximately 2,200 locations worldwide and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Hensler is experienced in defending companies against age, race, national origin, pregnancy, sex, disability, and religious discrimination claims and defending employers in proceedings at the local, state, and federal levels. She also handles a variety of issues arising out of employment agreements and restrictive covenants.
Ann received her J.D. in 2000 from Florida State University and went on to serve in the US Navy JAG Corps were she attained the rank of Lieutenant. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in Washington D.C. Ms. Hensler spends time volunteering at the domestic violence intake center and is also on the Board of Directors of A Brighter Community.
