Diana Harville
Board Member
Diana J. Harville has over 20 years of experience in Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Treasury and Analyzes. She is currently an Advisor in charge of Operations of ISA Solution, LLC, which provides business advisory services focused on providing businesses with interim accounting, strategic planning and Corporate Governance services. Diana has accepted a Board position with OiWare, Inc., and was the former COO of OiWare, Inc., a software company focusing on Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Prior to her involvement with ISA Solution and OiWare, Inc., she was consulting for CP Ships (Hapag-Lloyd) in the Financial and Management Accounting Departments.
Diana was previously Treasury Manager for Advetec (formally Advantech Solutions) and Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations Manager for Knowledge Management Software, a subsidiary of a UK-owned company. She was also responsible for internal accounting, Human Resources and Audit Scheduling at Deloitte and Touche.
Diana is a member of the Tampa Connection Class of 2007, and she has been associated in the past with Special Olympics, East Bay Little League and Soccer Associations. She holds a degree from the University of South Florida with a concentration of hours in Emotionally Handicapped and Elementary Education.
