Preparing members to become Board-ready is at the top of WEL’s agenda. In concurrence with advocating and connecting, educating is at the forefront of WEL’s mission. While many women executives have the experience to sit on boards, they often lack the tools and resources to make it happen. WEL hosts workshops, programs and events that address the challenges and issues C-Level executives and Directors of Corporate Boards face. WEL also focuses on preparing members for the board selection process with a wide range of educational tools and resources.
