Sherry S. Barrat is President of Personal Financial Services for The Northern Trust Company, a banking corporation headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of Northern Trust's Management Committee. Prior to being appointed to her current office in January 2006, she served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Trust Bank of California, N.A., from 1999 through 2005, and as President of Northern Trust Bank of Florida's Palm Beach Region from 1992 through 1998. She has been a Director of the FPL Group since 1998.

Eleanor Bloxham is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Value Alliance Company and the Corporate Governance Alliance, a Board and Senior Executive Education, Information, and Advisory firm. She has provided information and advisory services to the largest global and Fortune 500 firms, and is recognized internationally as an authority on Corporate Governance and Valuation. She is a speaker and advisor to organizations on Governance, Public Policy and Board-related matters and has written extensively on the topics of Governance, Value, Public Policy and Economics. She is the author of two books: Value-led Organizations and Economic Value Management: Applications and Techniques.

Evelyn D'An is President and Founder of D'An Financial Services, a consulting firm that provides the expertise and insight of highly-qualified accounting, finance, information technology and strategic tax professionals to clients. Prior to establishing DFS, Evelyn was an Audit Partner at Ernst & Young. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of both Alico, Inc. and Hot Topic, and chairs Hot Topic’s Nominating and Governance Committee. Evelyn is also the Vice President of Women Executive Leadership.

MODERATOR: Tracy A. Nichols, a Partner with Holland & Knight, practices in litigation with emphasis in defending securities class actions, derivative actions, complex commercial litigation and consumer class action lawsuits. She is the firm's National Practice Group Leader for the Securities Litigation Group. She has been the lead lawyer in over two dozen class actions. She is a frequent lecturer at national and regional securities conferences. Ms. Nichols and her team obtained one of the largest Rule 11 sanctions in the country against plaintiffs for filing a frivolous securities class action.
