Charlotte is a senior Investor Relations professional, with 20 years of international and domestic experience, working closely with Board of Directors and Senior Management of public companies. During her career, in addition to the U.S. corporate environment, Charlotte has spent a great deal of time in Europe, which has given her a multi-cultural, multi-national approach to corporate governance and Boardroom dynamics. In today’s volatile economic situation, she is at the center of shareholder relations and communications issues and how the current environment will shape Boardroom policies.

Charlotte is the President and Founder of Nvestcom, a consulting practice that provides strategic counsel to public companies across all industry sectors, primarily focusing on financial strategies and communication. She is a Board Member of WEL and a Board Member and Treasurer of ION (InterOrganization Network). Her professional publications include "Earnings–Navigating in Choppy Waters" (Financial Executive Magazine, June 2008) and "Earnings Season is around the corner: It’s all about Managing Expectations", Financial Executives International, January 2008. Charlotte is a guest speaker on Investor Relations at FAU (Florida Atlantic University) and has lectured at NIRI (National Investor Relations Institute) national conventions.
