In that role she partners with organizations to identify key business challenges and develop solutions to support senior executives in achieving superior business performance. She has specialized training in Executive Coaching and Assimilation, is a National Certified Counselor, North Carolina Licensed Practicing Counselor, Covey Facilitator and qualified in the Myers Briggs type Indicator.
