Roy Krause, President & Chief Executive Officer, for Spherion Corporation (NYSE:SFN) has served at the helm of the Company since July 2003 when he was named president and chief operating officer. He was named president and CEO by the Board of Directors in October 2004. Founded in 1946, the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company is a leader in the North American staffing industry, providing value-added staffing, recruiting and workforce solutions. Mr. Krause received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Loretta Penn, Vice President & Chief Service Excellence Officer for Spherion Corporation, is directly responsible to the CEO for advancing a culture of service excellence throughout Spherion. Key elements include measuring and leading the drive to ensure high customer satisfaction; promoting best practices across the company; and effectively communicating Spherion’s service excellence differentiation to clients and candidates. Ms. Penn has served on the board of directors for TECO Energy, Inc. since 1995.
