Details:
Survey after survey shows that the single most important factor people value in their leaders is inspiration. Inspirational leaders move us, they are magnetic. They unlock 30% discretionary effort. People want to do their best for such leaders and follow in their footsteps. Companies with inspiring leaders often outperform their counterparts: publicly quoted ‘Best Companies to Work For’ show a 14% gain in five-year compounded returns versus 6% loss for FTSE (London's) Financial Times and Stock Exchange and All-Share Index companies.
This interactive workshop will offer participants an opportunity to learn, discuss and apply preliminary results from a research project led by Luda Kopeikina, a Visiting Scholar at MIT Sloan School of Management. She turned to neuroscience and other fields of research for answers to questions such as:
- Do inspirational leaders tap their brains differently than most of us?
- Is their energy level higher than others? How do they keep their energy high?
- Do they access intuition more regularly than most of us? How do they do it?
- Do they project ‘signals’ to others that are different from other people?
You will learn how your thoughts create your reality in both your career and life and how you can choose and control those thoughts to increase your energy level and maximize your career success. This interactive workshop will put you on the path of obtaining clarity to maximize your daily effectiveness and decision-making and achieving your performance objectives.
